Children’s feet are constantly growing and the right footwear can make all the difference to their development… 🏃🏻‍♀️

When @jasminehemsley’s daughter Mahi started walking, she quickly realised how hard it was to find ‘foot shaped’ shoes that actually support those tiny, growing feet. Every option seemed too stiff, too narrow or too built up in the soles. So, she teamed up with @vivobarefoot to create the Pluma - a foot shaped, flexible shoe that respects the way children’s feet are supposed to grow.

The Plumas are designed to let your child’s feet move and develop as nature intended, while offering grip and the protection needed when they step outdoors.

But they didn’t stop there. This Autumn, they made the Pluma even better. It’s now crafted with @tencel_studio Lyocell fibers—sustainably sourced from renewable wood, which makes the fabric super soft, perfect for sensitive baby skin, and designed to be worn without socks - because let’s face it, baby feet sweat… a lot. TENCEL™ fibres absorb that moisture, allow their feet to breathe and even help reduce bacteria growth. Fun fact - children’s feet have a greater density of sweat glands on their feet compared to adults!

“Mahi’s been wearing her Plumas for nearly two years—and they’re Dash’s first walker too. So much more than ‘shoes’ - these are the cutest little stripped back footwear for comfort and natural movement for our kids. Shop these shoes, including the brand new Terracotca colourway - from size 18 to 29 - use code JASMINE20 for 20% off 🙌

“Zoe and the Platform Creative team are fantastic partners. We needed an agency who could communicate our mission to the world. We loved Platform’s energy and enthusiasm for our collective. They’ve taken our mission and amplified it to a global audience. The quality and consistency of these results are exactly the outcome that we were hoping for to make changes happen.  Platform Creative have amazing global press contacts delivering us brilliant results in both traditional print and on digital platforms. Passionate, pro-active, and professional – they’ve gone above and beyond time and time again. Highly recommend.”
